Crafted from early-harvested red grapes, the juice for this rosé undergoes a brief cold maceration to extract delicate colour and aromatics before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and floral notes. The wine is matured briefly on fine lees to enhance mouthfeel and elegance.
Tasting Note:
This rosé is bright and aromatic, with lifted notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, and rose petal. The palate is dry and crisp, with a refreshing acidity and a clean, delicate finish. Perfectly suited to casual sipping or light summer fare.
